It's possible that you're still running an old Orbi firmware version. The internet is moving slowly even though the outdated version of the device is connected. Make sure the device is properly connected to either WiFi or Ethernet in the control panel before updating it. Find the browser and enter 192.168.1.1 into the PC's search box. Because this is an Orbi IP address, it is the path to the Netgear Orbi login page. Now you are able to access your Orbi account. Finally, search for and install the firmware update option on your computer before updating the software.
